If "A series of unexpected meditations" seems to give the impression of a careful staging, the work Sirio Magnabosco is however the ability to grasp the author's rights in those unexpected moments of loneliness, expectation and self-forgetfulness where time seems suspended. Caught in the frenzy of urban characters Sirio Magnabosco seem like a picture frozen in introspective and melancholic.
This sudden intrusion of the artist in a form of contemplation seems to intervene in when a certain unconscious truth is revealed to men and women that the author photograph.
However, if part of the essence of beings we seem suddenly revealed as the man at the center of the composition, often from behind, never to face, remains elusive. We become spectators at a particular time that
only the character has access.
