Myriam trying to make this room a playroom for children and a bed for passing friends. I offered a cabin loft.
For those who asked me some details, I am attaching small sketches annotated here.

In this SOS, Magalie installed a curtain that can cut the noise from the stairwell .

She doubled that found in a curtain Baumann (model Samar) with a thick cotton batting. It is more aesthetic than the insulation that is usually found in silver. The fleece is used in upholstery or for making quilts for example. It is heat (warmer than down) and acoustic.

You can find at any fabric store. Just ask the thick cotton batting ... and insist with the vendor because it is not sold as "isolating".
