The House - Who are we?
The Chamber, an association for the promotion of photography in Strasbourg strong experience over 19 years, occupies a player in the field of contemporary photography and the cultural landscape of Alsace.
The Chamber is committed to projects around photography through its exhibition space located at Krutenau in Strasbourg. Five to six exhibitions per year are planned, which aim to introduce new talent of photography.
Since 2001, the association has organized over 60 exhibitions in its space, with a total of more than 15,000 visitors.
It expands its scope through a program of exhibitions, animations and photo workshops with professional photographers.
The House wants to exchange platform and springboard first mailing European authors.

Creating a new association - The collective Room Share
Founded in 1991, the Collective Room Part aims to promote contemporary photography by the photographic project design collective giving rise to traveling exhibitions and various events around the photographic medium for the general public.
Inevitable in the Alsatian cultural landscape over the last 20 years, the Collective House Share opened its exhibition space, the photo gallery from the House in 2001 in the district of Krutenau in Strasbourg. Recent developments
goals of the gallery and the Collective in early 2010 led the creation of a new association for the collective Room Part which has delegated management of the gallery to the association from the House.
Both associations are now working together to put implement projects of collective House Party which, like the "fun Wafers" in 1998, "Eye of the Siren" in 2007 and "1st of hatching" in 2010 are biased to the photographic work group by drawing a regular venue of the state of contemporary photography.
